■ About Reservations

The Spa operates on a reservation-only basis. Please make your reservation in advance.

Both men and women may receive treatments.

We cannot accommodate requests for excessive deep tissue pressure.

If you are currently undergoing medical treatment or have a pre-existing medical condition, please consult your doctor before making a reservation.

■ On the Day of Your Reservation

Please arrive at the spa 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment time.

If you arrive after your reservation time, the duration of your treatment may be shortened or the treatment may not be possible.

Please refrain from bringing children with you for your treatment.

■ Contraindications (Conditions for Refusal)

Hoshino Resorts Spa facilities are intended for relaxation purposes.

We may refuse treatments to guests who are unwell or undergoing medical treatment, regardless of whether they have permission from their physician.

Please read the following carefully and confirm: Maternity treatments are available only for guests who are 16 to 27 weeks pregnant.

□ We cannot provide treatments to guests who fall under the following conditions: Pregnancy (Guests between the 16th and 27th week of pregnancy may book a maternity treatment) / Injuries or wounds with pain or swelling (such as sprains, fractures, back pain, dislocations, burns, cuts) / Severe internal organ diseases, ongoing treatment for illness or injury / Illnesses, injuries, or wounds currently under observation (including those from traffic accidents) / Less than one year has passed since surgery (including endoscopic surgery and Cesarean sections) / Fever, headache, nausea, abdominal pain, diarrhea / Swelling or lymphedema caused by illness / Status of ongoing dental treatment with pain or swelling.

□ In the following cases, we may change the menu or refuse treatment after assessing your condition. Please consult us at the time of booking: If you are between 16 and 27 weeks pregnant but are not progressing well, or if you feel unwell on the day of the treatment / Severe varicose veins / Guests with allergies / Regarding Body Treatments: Sunburn, inability to lie on your back or stomach for extended periods, skin diseases, skin inflammation, swelling, or itching / Regarding Facial Treatments: Less than one year after implant surgery, less than six months after tooth extraction / Regarding Pool/Onsen menus: Circulatory, respiratory, or urinary diseases.

*We kindly ask guests with pre-existing medical conditions not listed above to also inform us at the time of booking. *Hoshino Resorts Spa has age restrictions. All treatment menus are available for guests aged 18 and over. Some body treatment menus are available for guests aged 16 and over. *A 100% cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the treatment start time. *Childcare services are available free of charge only for hotel guests utilizing a treatment. Please inquire in advance as the details of the childcare service may change.
