Exclusively for hotel guests, we offer complimentary rentals of ski wear, skis, boots, poles, gloves, knit caps, and goggles. You can come empty-handed and enjoy the snow hassle-free.

| Notes | Available to staying guests only (Can be used before check-in and after check-out). We do not offer combined ski and snowboard rentals. Please choose either one. Lost, excessively soiled, or damaged rental items may incur actual cost charges. Please deposit large luggage such as suitcases and strollers at the front desk before coming to the rental area. Please carry your own rental items. During peak times, there may be a wait, so please allow ample time for your visit. Coin lockers with a 100-yen return system are available on the 2nd floor. Please prepare 100-yen coins in advance if you plan to use the lockers, as no change machines are available.
