| Notes | ・This is a guest limited program. ・Guests are responsible for their own transportation to the meeting location, which is approximately a 30-minute drive by private car or taxi. ・In the event of cancellation due to poor weather, we will contact you around 2:00 PM on the day of the event. ・From October to April, roads may freeze at night. If you are traveling by private car, please ensure you have non-slip preparations (e.g., snow tires or chains). ・During winter, nighttime temperatures can drop to as low as -20°C.
