| Notes | ・This is a guest limited program. ・Guests are responsible for their own transportation to the meeting location, which is approximately a 30-minute drive by private car or taxi. ・In the event of cancellation due to poor weather, we will contact you around 5:00 PM the day prior. ・If the event is held but stars are not visible, stargazing will be replaced with a viewing of the 4D theater, which is typically not open to the public. ・From October to April, roads may freeze at night. If you are traveling by private car, please ensure you have non-slip preparations (e.g., snow tires or chains). ・During winter, nighttime temperatures can drop to as low as -20°C.
