| Contents | The wine school focuses on wines produced in Hokuto City in Yamanashi Prefecture, Katsunuma area in Yamanashi Prefecture, and Shiojiri area in Nagano Prefecture. Students learn the weather conditions under which good wine grapes grow and how to select wines according to the season. They can learn about wines in the Yatsugatake area regardless of one winery or a limited area. < Example > •We introduce why the Yatsugatake area is one of the top wine producing areas in Japan, inspired by the words of a producer who knows the climate of the place where wine is made: "Good wine comes from good grapes." •Every day becomes even richer! Tips for wine life We give lectures on what points to look at when we want to choose a wine, and on "marriage points," which combine food and wine even at home. •Learn about seasonal wines We recommend rose wine in spring and cool white wine in summer. We'll tell you about different themes for different seasons. * We'll tell you the story in a picture-story show. |
