Delicious! Vegetable-Inspired Sweets!

This summer, "imperfect" vegetables are transformed into exquisite sweets! Savor a refreshing dish where the rich sweetness and acidity of tomatoes blend perfectly with a smooth coconut sauce. We also offer smoothies that concentrate the natural umami of beets and corn. Indulge in these healthy summer treats that maximize the potential of vegetables to delight both body and soul.

Sustainable Kids Studio

A food education experience where children transform into pastry chefs to learn about the charm of "imperfect" produce. After learning the reasons behind why these vegetables don't reach market shelves, participants will try their hand at making "Corn Pudding." Enjoy customizing your creation with a variety of toppings, including fresh cream and popcorn. Even if they look different, the flavor remains the same. This special program nurtures an eco-friendly mindset through the joy of delicious food.
