The parfait showcases five distinct varieties, including "Fuji no Kagayaki," known for its rich sweetness and unique depth of flavor, and "Yuho," characterized by its refreshing aftertaste and remarkably large berries. The two varieties of "Grape Frappes" feature grapes blended whole—including the skins—capturing the succulent juiciness and remarkably fresh aroma of the fruit to the fullest. Depending on the harvest timing, a changing duo of grapes will debut daily, ranging from classic staples like "Kyoho" and "Niagara" to rare, prized varieties such as "Sunshine Red" and "Rosario Bianco." At the "Grape Wagon," we will sell 20 varieties of grapes, including popular Shine Muscat and rare Muscat Noir, during the event period. The buffet & grill restaurant "YYgrill" welcomed back the "Overflowing Grape Tart," which was a massive hit last year. This decadent dessert features a duo of premium grapes: "Shine Muscat" and "Sunshine Red." Heavily piled high until they practically tumble off the tart, they allow you to fully indulge in the luxurious contrast of rich sweetness and refreshing acidity.
