Yatsugatake Rosé Wine Street 2026
This is a special spring event unique to our wine resort, allowing you to fully enjoy seasonal strawberries and rosé wine. The streetscape features parasols and sofas colored in rosé hues. This year, new strawberry sweets and drinks are debuting, perfectly paired with rosé wine made from Muscat Bailey A grapes. Additionally, we will host the "Spring Rosé Wine Tasting," where anyone can easily learn about the flavor and production methods of rosé wine.
Rosé-colored Piment Street
Rosé wine varies in hue depending on the grape variety and production method used. Piment Street is decorated with parasols and sofas inspired by this rich range of rosé color tones. We invite you to spend time in this vibrant space that truly embodies the feeling of spring.

Sweets & Drinks to Savor Seasonal Strawberries and Rosé Wine
New sweets and drinks featuring seasonal strawberries, perfectly paired with Rosé wine made from Muscat Bailey A, are debuting. Rosé wine made from Muscat Bailey A is characterized by a distinctive strawberry aroma. Cocktails and mocktails using rosé wine and strawberries will also be available.
