You can purchase your preferred amount of Yamanashi-produced wine, from 40ml tastings to full bottles, allowing everyone from casual drinkers to wine enthusiasts to easily enjoy. Additionally, a free-flow option is available so you can leisurely explore the venue all day long. This allows you to discover and savor Yamanashi wines in your own unique way.

You'll find a variety of dishes from chefs proud of their Yamanashi-based restaurants, including vegetable and meat dishes, appetizers, and sweets. In "Alps Square," located in the center of the facility, "Wine Houtou" will be prepared in a large pot. We highly recommend enjoying warm dishes with your wine.

On our 160m corridor, we will host two engaging races designed to deepen your appreciation for wine. In the "Wine Barrel Rolling Race," teams of two will compete for the best time by rolling used wine barrels, which played a significant role in wine aging. We will also hold the "Wine Glass Carrying Race," where participants transport wine glasses on a tray without spilling. A kids' race will also be available, ensuring children can join in the fun.

We will hold the "Yamanashi Nouveau Release Ceremony," where you can enjoy Yamanashi Nouveau simultaneously with its release on November 3rd. We will wait for the release from 11:45 PM on November 2nd, and open the Yamanashi Nouveau the moment the date changes. Winery staff from Yamanashi Prefecture will participate on the day and hold a talk show.
