At Alps Square located in the center of the resort, "Mimi Ribollita" cooked in a giant pot with a diameter of 1.2 meters will make its appearance. "Mimi Ribollita" is an adaptation of "Ribollita"—a traditional soup dish from the Tuscany region of Italy—combined with Yamanashi's local specialty Hoto noodle "Mimi" and venison meatballs. Featuring a gentle flavor that guests of all ages can enjoy, the rich soup simmered with vegetables pairs perfectly with wine. The "Wine Barrel Rolling Race," where participants roll wine barrels along the 160-meter corridor to compete for the best time, returns again this year using retired barrels that played a vital role in aging wine. In addition, the "Wine Glass Balancing Race" challenges participants to carry a tray of wine glasses without knocking them over.
