How do I change my stay?

About FleBOL
Flexible Booking: Online Exclusive
FleBOL is Hoshino Resorts’ official reservation support service. After booking, you can easily make changes or add options online whenever you like. As of October 2025, FleBOL is available at select resorts, including our KAI brand. We’re working to bring it to all Hoshino Resorts properties soon.
How to Identify FleBOL Plans?
You can recognize FleBOL-applied plans by the following points:
Available only on the official website
Requires advance payment at the time of booking
Labeled “FleBOL” in the cancellation policy section shown at the top-right of each plan

FleBOL plans can be changed online until 9:00 a.m. (local hotel time) on the day of check-in.
For reservations of two or more rooms, you may not be able to make changes online. In that case, please contact us by phone.
For reservations not covered by FleBOL or without advance payment, please refer to this page for changes.
Service Fees & Cancellation Fees
A service fee will apply when you change or cancel your stay dates.

Partial cancellations, such as reducing the number of nights or rooms, are also subject to a service fee.
Adding nights or extending your stay will not incur a service fee.
The service fee is waived within 24 hours after the reservation is made.
A cancellation fee will apply for any date change or cancellation made within 40 days of the stay date.
If a cancellation fee is incurred due to a date change, it will be treated as a provisional cancellation fee. The fee will be waived once you complete your stay on the new dates.

No cancellation fee (including provisional fees) will be charged within 24 hours after booking.
Reducing the number of nights or rooms is also subject to a cancellation fee.
If you cancel your stay after a provisional cancellation fee has been applied, only the highest single fee incurred will be charged.
Please refer below for special conditions under which cancellation fees may be waived.
Reasons for waiving cancellation fees
If the Japan Meteorological Agency issues a special warning for the area of the hotel on the check-in or check-out date.
If a scheduled train service is canceled or a flight is subject to a no-charge waiver due to a natural disaster on the day of check-in or check-out.
If you are physically unable to arrive at the hotel due to a blockage of the highway or major national highway you plan to use on the day of check-in.
If any of the above three special circumstances apply to you, please call the hotel where you made your reservation.
How to Change Your Reservation
Hoshino Resorts Account Members
Changes can be made on the reservation confirmation page.
After booking through the official website, you’ll receive a confirmation email titled “Your Reservation.”
Click the link in the email to log in to My Stays with your Hoshino Resorts Account.
On the reservation list, select “View / Change Reservation” for the booking you wish to modify.
Scroll down and tap the “Change Reservation” button at the bottom of the details page.
If the “Change Reservation” button is not displayed, please contact us by phone to request your changes.
To find the phone number, scroll to the bottom of this page and open your hotel’s page. Then, tap the menu at the top left and select “Contact.”
Not a Hoshino Resorts Account member?
Please view your stay from the link (URL) in your confirmation e-mail, whose title starts with "Your Reservation" that was sent when you completed the reservation.
With your "Reservation Reference Number" and " Password” from the confirmation, click the “View reservation” button to open your reservation details.
Scroll down and tap the “Change Reservation” button at the bottom of the details page.
If the “Change Reservation” button is not displayed, please contact us by phone to request your changes.
