In addition to the items for your dog's stay, please bring a copy of certificates of the following; the dog's Rabies vaccination government certificate (or the veterinarian’s rabies vaccination certificate. ) and of the dog's combined vaccination (or a certificate of antibodies test).

Hoshino Resorts requires the dog to take a yearly Rabies vaccination and to be less than one year from the combined vaccine inoculations. Without submitting those upon arrival, your dog will not be allowed to check in.
