Floating Paper Sculptures
Gaze at paper sculptures while enjoying a hot bath
Paper sculptures and lanterns are floated on the pond that surrounds the outdoor bath in homage to a local tradition in which paper lanterns are floated on rivers and the sea for good fortune—a tradition that formed the origin of the Nebuta Matsuri festival.
