Considering our guests and hotel staff members’ health and public hygiene, and to prevent spreading COVID-19, we take following measures at the hotel.

<Request to Guests>
・When you check in, we ask all the guests to take your body temperature.
To follow the Public Health Center’s instruction, if your body temperature is higher than 37.5 Celsius, we might not be able to offer the guest room.

■In the Public Area
・Cleaning and sterilizing guest rooms and public areas.
・Sanitizers (alcohol for sterilization) are available at the several places at the hotel.

■At the Restaurants
・We ask all guest to sterilize before entering the restaurant.
・Reduce table occupancy to minimize the crowds.

■Hotel Staff Members
・Wearing a face mask while working.
・Check their health and hygiene condition.
