A Tour of Yuntanza～Awamori Brewing～
A guided tour of Higa Shuzo sake brewer, tasting and adding the reduced amount to the sake jar.
After a guided tour from the chief brewer at the sake brewery, you can enjoy the Awamori from the HOSHINOYA Okinawa sake jar. Through a traditional process of adding the reduced amont to the sake jar, we wil provide an experience where you can understand the thoughts and history of Awamori, which is inherited by Higa Shuzo.
