At RISONARE Kohamajima, you can enjoy two pools and one beach.
Please enjoy a relaxing time by the water, full of privacy, scattered across our vast grounds.
Lagoon Pool
Lagoon-facing, a pool where leisurely and silent time flows. The only sounds you will hear are the wind and the chirping of birds. Characterized by a sense of openness with nothing to obstruct the view and a calm, private atmosphere. It is the perfect place to spend a dignified adult rest while enjoying reading or conversation.
Beach Pool
An infinity pool full of openness, as if melting into the sea and sky. With a deep design of 1.5m, enjoy a relaxing time floating and surrendering yourself to a swim ring. While gazing at the Yaeyama Blue sea spreading before you, just entrust your body to the water. You can fully enjoy a special sense of openness, as if becoming one with the sea.
Beach
The Yaeyama sea boasts high transparency. From March 1st to November 30th, a swimming area is set up, allowing you to fully enjoy swimming in the beautiful ocean. The white sandy beach, about a 10-minute walk one way, is also perfect for a stroll, with hermit crabs and crabs at your feet. Gazing at the endless superb view, swimming or walking. You can spend a moment feeling the nature unique to a remote island with all five senses.
BOOKS＆CAFE
A cafe adjacent to the Beach Pool where you can relax while gazing at the sea. For lunch, you can enjoy Soki-don (braised pork rib bowls), acai bowls, as well as ice cream and alcohol that are refreshing for a heated body. It is a place to fulfill your free island time in between playing in the water.
