We are delighted to host the "Spectacular dinner" again this year, exclusive to one group per day at a premium hilltop seating enveloped in the ever-changing colors of the magic hour. In this second year, we introduce newly added champagne and wine pairings that elevate each dish, along with a creative "dessert cocktail" crafted with Okinawan distilled spirits. Indulge in an evolved culinary experience that colors your anniversary or special getaway, allowing you to monopolize the sky's transition with your loved one.

This exquisitely arranged venue is a space dedicated entirely to you, where you can monopolize the sky's spectacular transition from a madder-red sunset to a sky full of stars. Feel the comforting autumn breeze while spending a luxurious, extraordinary time enveloped in the grand panorama crafted by the nature of the Yaeyama Islands.
Apero in the sunset
At this premium seating overlooking a spectacular view, we prepare a short-course dinner using ingredients unique to Yaeyama. For the main dish, we serve a steak wrapped and grilled in "Gettou" (shell ginger) leaves, a plant beloved in Okinawa, imparting a refreshing and mellow aroma. For dessert, featuring items like panna cotta made with jimami (peanut) tofu, we have lined up dishes that incorporate local elements to gorgeously color your special night, such as an anniversary.
A Perfect Beverage Pairing
To complement the dishes, we offer an alcoholic beverage pairing that smoothly flows from champagne to wine. New for this year, an original cocktail based on Okinawan distilled spirits makes its debut during dessert, allowing you to enjoy a luxurious lingering finish alongside the beautiful scenery until the very last sip. Combining awamori with tropical fruits—mainly mango—and spices such as pipatschi (island pepper), this exquisite glass will bring your special night to a perfect close.
