Ryukyu Gastronomia — Bellezza

Okinawa is home to the teaching that "a well-balanced diet is medicine" brought about by trade during the Ryukyu Dynasty. Using the cooking methods of various regions in Italy, they developed a dish that leads to healthy beauty and named it "Bellezza."

The blessings of Okinawa's climate

In the temperate climate of Okinawa, vegetables rich in vitamins and minerals thrive, while the pork traditionally used in hospitality dishes is abundant in protein and B vitamins. This region's bounty has been transformed into cuisine.

Gastronomia Leading to Bellezza

It has long been said in Okinawa that "Food is a medicine (Kusuimun), a medicine for life (Nuchi Gusui)". Based on this idea, we have prepared an original course meal that leads to healthy beauty.

The plates that accentuates a dish

The chef personally selected the plates of Okinawa's Yakimono 'Yachimun'. These plates, which speak about the Okinawan climate, such as the appetizers served in a basket unique to Okinawa with a beautiful delicate form, make the dining experience elegant.

An open space where one can feel the presence of the sea

The 5-meter-high open dining room features an interior reminiscent of the sea and a white sand beach. The walls are painted with a mixture of silver, creating an elegant space where you can feel the presence of small fish swimming in the sea and the gentle play of light on the water.
