To ensure that as many guests as possible can make reservations at hotels in Okinawa, which are vulnerable to typhoons, we promise the following four points regarding reservations on our official website.

1. If your flight on the check-in or check-out day is subject to a no-charge cancellation fee waiver due to a typhoon, we will waive the cancellation fee for your accommodation.

2. On days when the hotel is expected to be in the typhoon storm zone by 11:00 a.m. *1 the following day, according to the Japan Meteorological Agency forecast announced at 3:00 p.m. on the day of your stay, the room rate will be discounted by 50% from the regular rate*2.*3 In the case of advance payment, the difference between the 50% discount and the reserved room rate will be refunded. No refund will be given if the room rate is less than 50% of the regular rate.

   *1 For HOSHINOYA Okinawa and Taketomijima, by noon of the following day.
   *2 The regular rates are rates as of 3:00 p.m. for the following available on the official website.

3. If you wish to stay one night in advance or extend your stay due to a flight cancellation caused by a typhoon or other reasons, we will offer your reservation at a 50% discount from the regular room rate. Please note that we may be unable to accommodate advance or extended stay reservations in some cases, such as when the hotel is fully booked.

4. If you cancel your reservation due to a typhoon, we will give you priority to postpone your reservation within 90 days (same accommodation, same number of nights, same number of rooms) or transfer your reservation to another Hoshino Resorts property with no cancellation fee.

The above special terms and conditions apply to all eligible reservations; no application is required.
