KIYOSATO HAM

Slowly matured ham and sausage

This is an authentic ham and sausage restaurant located in the Kiyosato Highlands, the southern foot of Yatsugatake, which is rich in clean air and clean water. The pork is made from Fujisakura pork produced in Yamanashi Prefecture, and the intestines of the sausage are carefully selected. In order not to destroy the original taste and flavor of the meat, each piece is carefully made by skilled craftsmen instead of machines. The restaurant is always stocked with more than 20 types of products, and offers a meal menu that uses them.
